Founding Platform Engineer (AI-First Infrastructure) - Healthcare
PersonixHealth is seeking a Founding Platform Engineer to join our engineering team to help build the AI capability layer that powers healthcare execution infrastructure. This role is for a systems-level engineer who thrives in an AI-accelerated development environment and can architect, implement, and operationalize production-grade platform services.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to construct secure, scalable backend systems that enable deterministic, governed AI interactions across healthcare enterprises. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong API design, distributed systems thinking, and modern cloud engineering discipline. Wizard-level C# and warlock-level Python skills are essential.
This position is a contract-to-hire position. If you are excited about pushing the limits of AI-assisted software development while building infrastructure that matters, we want to hear from you.
